User Eligibility

To open an account and use the services at ckk99, the following conditions must be met:

Age Verification

Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method will result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

Account Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time by contacting support. ckk99 also reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Minimum Deposit

Minimum Withdrawal & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. You are required to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.

Fraud Prevention

ckk99 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in the event of any suspicious financial activity. Additional documentation may be requested for identity verification. If suspicious activity is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳32,000 will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn (৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000).

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse is found through multiple accounts or fraud, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ckk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Prohibited Activities

ckk99 has four VIP tiers, determined by the volume and consistency of play:

Technical Issues & Disputes

If any technical issue or dispute arises during a game, ckk99's server logs will serve as the final reference. If any inconsistent result or payout occurs due to a software error, ckk99 reserves the right to correct or void that amount.

Updated Terms take effect from the date of publication. If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, stop using the service and contact support to close your account.
